Although not originally from the real-estate sector, her multidisciplinary experience enhances the company’s capacity for operational growth, partnership development, and corporate governance. Her leadership ensures that the organization maintains a high standard of accountability, value creation, and stakeholder engagement.

Michael Ochie is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand strategy, customer engagement, and market positioning. Michael applies his marketing acumen to support the firm’s visibility, investor relations, and corporate communications. Valentine Emuabhili
Managing Director/CEO
Valentine brings over three decades of leadership experience across the banking, FMCG, and pharmaceutical sectors. A results-oriented executive, he has successfully built and managed large-scale loan portfolios, driven digital banking innovation, and led high-performing teams at institutions such as FCMB, Fortress MFB, and Petra MFB.
Valentine’s extensive expertise in financial management, SME development, strategic execution, and operational leadership positions the company for sustainable organizational growth. His ability to implement scalable systems, strengthen institutional controls, and drive customer-centric innovation provides the firm with a strong foundation for expansion and long-term stability.
Valentine holds an MBA, is a Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. His diverse industry experience and strategic leadership guide the company’s vision, culture, and performance.
Chukwuemeka Ucheaga
Chief Financial Officer
Chukwuemeka Ucheaga serves as the Chief Financial Officer, bringing strong analytical capability, financial discipline, and strategic insight to the company’s leadership team. He holds a B.Se. in Economies and a Ph.D., equipping him with an advanced understanding of financial systems, economic modeling, and corporate financial management.
With a career rooted in financial planning, risk assessment, capital structuring, and organizational budgeting, Chukwuemeka ensures the company maintains a sound financial footing across all development projects. His expertise supports long-term investment decisions, cost optimization, and sustainable project financing.
In his role as CFO, he strengthens the firm’s financial governance, implements effective controls, and provides data- driven guidance that supports the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence.
Christabel Akinyele
Head of Operations
Christabel serves as the Head of Operations, bringing specialized professional training and hands-on industry experience to the leadership team. With a B.Sc. in Estate Management and an M.Sc. in Housing Development and Management, complemented by additional professional certifications, you provide the technical backbone and sector expertise needed to drive the firm’s real-estate development activities.
She oversees project execution, operational coordination, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management across all developments. Her academic grounding and practical knowledge ensure that each project aligns with industry standards, sustainability requirements, and the company’s overall growth objectives. As a core member of the management team, she bridges the gap between strategic vision and on-the- ground delivery, ensuring that the firm consistently delivers quality, efficiency, and value in all its real estate operations.
